Owning Your Real Estate Company

How does one go about owning his/her real estate company?

There are several ways:

1)  Start a real estate company from scratch and have all the financial and legal responsibility.3-Liz screaming

2) Purchase a real estate company and have all of the financial and legal responsibility.1 - bad hair

3) Join AgentOwned Realty where the sales associates own 100% of the dividend stock of their company. This is where the you have all the benefits of ownership and none of the liability.1 - professional men

Also, you may consider purchasing an AgentOwned Realty franchise.
